Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting, selling crop protection products distributed.
Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Sales & Client Engagement

  • Promote and sell crop protection chemicals to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Educate clients on product benefits, applications, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and solicit new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

🔹 Business Development & Reporting

  • Develop detailed reports and proposals as part of sales presentations.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts.
  • Work on building and expanding sales channels through networking and industry events.

🔹 Client Support & Post-Sales Consultation

  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients after sales.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Internet-based sales platforms as part of the sales strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • We are seeking a self-motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced sales professional with:
  • ✔ Proven experience in sales related to crop protection products
  • ✔ Knowledge in agronomy & crop protection chemicals
  • ✔ A strong track record of building sales channels and closing deals
  • ✔ Proven results from networking events and industry engagement
  • ✔ Willingness and ability to travel to smaller communities to meet with clients
